I have tinnitus, the high pitched screaming in my ears is driving my crazy, and giving me mood swings, ranging from A all the way to Z. Memory protect seems to be helping A LOT! I am sure it's the small amount of Lithium, that this product has.
Did absolutely nothing for my dry eye condition.

It was subtle but it is definitely helping with the forgetfulness and I am not done with the first box yet. I didn't like living in that fog of forgetfulness and now I don't have to!!! I hope this works. I have just taken for 1 month and this is to protect memory so I don't expect to see instant results. The proof will be in the long term. I do believe the research behind this product and have been taking small doses of lithium for about 5 years before buying this product.

I am 87 years old, still work as a secretary two days a week, work out at the gym every other day, on two different bowling teams and take two country music line dancing classes each week. Been using this for maybe 6 months and believe I can tell the difference from when I started. My memory isn't the best, but I have noticed improvement in the little daily forgetfulness type of things. Hard to explain but I believe it works. Only con was the packaging was a little difficult to deal with in the beginning, but LEF seemed to take their users comments to heart and the new packaging is much better.
There was no dosing instructions on package or any insert. I didn't notice the daily numbers on the foil backing indicating the every-other-day difference in taking the pills (and the very slight difference in their coloration), until after I had already taken several.
I would recommend this product. I will, however, say that my dreaming was out of control the first month. I don't know if this was from this supplement, but it was the only new one I had started at the time so that was my conclusion. Dreams have since gone back to "normal". I "think" this supplement is worth the effort. I had started taking Cognitex® Elite Pregnenolone for quite a while and was hoping that this would give me an extra boost. I can't confirm 100%, but I think it has.
