I have been using this product for 30 days and noticed a difference in the first three days

I hope this works. I have just taken for 1 month and this is to protect memory so I don't expect to see instant results. The proof will be in the long term. I do believe the research behind this product and have been taking small doses of lithium for about 5 years before buying this product.

Been using this for maybe 6 months and believe I can tell the difference from when I started. My memory isn't the best, but I have noticed improvement in the little daily forgetfulness type of things. Hard to explain but I believe it works. Only con was the packaging was a little difficult to deal with in the beginning, but LEF seemed to take their users comments to heart and the new packaging is much better.

It's really too soon to tell. However, the packaging is a little challenge to open but not that much. I've always been able to open it, just pull back the corner flap on the back side. The "special" packaging is designed so that you can see the number of the pill you're taking. I look forward to a better memory and trust LEF and their research.

Use product as directed and it does seem to be working. I feel that I am able to remember things better and not feel so "foggy". I will continue to use this product as I am sure it will continue to improve my memory the longer I take it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

There was no dosing instructions on package or any insert. I didn't notice the daily numbers on the foil backing indicating the every-other-day difference in taking the pills (and the very slight difference in their coloration), until after I had already taken several.

I take one a day and ignore the superfluous numbering on the capsule envelope. The formula is new and sounds promising, so I'm glad LEF offers it. However, it is VERY difficult to remove each tiny capsule from its blister pack. Even with the use of scissors and fingernail prying, it takes a while and often damages the capsule itself. Patience required!
