Started taking NAD at the same time I started these multivitamins, so I am not sure if it's these vitamins, the NAD, or a combo of both. I do feel more mental and physical energy. I do not take the recommended 12 capsules, I take 6 per day, and even that's a bit much.

I switched from LE Capsules with copper to without copper after reading a research paper about copper in older adult's brains and diseases. I have been supplementing with LE Mix Tablets and Capsules for about 15 years. It HAS contributed to improving my health!

Man, I really hate giving this (IMHO the best) product up. I have taken it for years and of all multivitamins/minerals ever tried, I always returned to this because, it's the best in cost for what you get and it just plain makes me feel better. Unfortunately, I have severe numbness in both feet with some in calves, thighs, and hands. This is very high in B6 (mostly P5P form). You keep hearing more and more about B6 toxicity caused from long term use of high dose B6 Don't know if this is what caused the numbness but now, I'm afraid to take it anymore. Seems like you can't win for losing.
