Wow! After reading some reddit reviews I decided for me personally to take 4 pills instead of just the one the package recommends. This is just MY preference. It's always best to follow the label instructions. But with my weight and stuff I took four. Wow! This is subtly but noticeably energizing. I was taking a ldn but had to stop because of the cost. This kind of gave me that same pep. You know like I had to go do some errands for a couple of days but I never "felt" like it. But I took four of these and in about an hour that kind of fog of inertia lifted. And I just kind of went and did what I had to do. It's weird. It almost reminds me of a rhodiola or gluthiaone.
