It's a fact. Crucifers have the potential to help with a laundry list of health problems, via the inhibiting effects of suforaphanes. Not wild about eating crucifers, but I have every confidence that this supplement will mitigate the risks associated with a sub-pptimal diet. After all, it's Life Extension - THE best name in supplements.

I buy this product because my doctor, who is an alternative doctor, told me about DIM being really good for staving off those weird cells. And when I started to take hormones with her I started taking her product which contained the DIM. However, it was so expensive that once I found this one on the LE website, I stopped buying hers. This one contains DIM as well as other extracts so I know I'm in good hands.

After reading the benefits of eating cruciferous veggies, for me it was a no brainer. I love all cruciferous veggies but no way can I eat enough to get the best health benefits they offer. Voila, taking one tab a day is the solution! Thanks LE. You have once again created a great product!

Highly recommend Broccili with myrosinase

After talking to a blood panelist consultant, I decided to take Optimized Broccoli and Cruciferous as part of my hormone replacement plan and my efforts to reverse aging. So far I like the results. Everything I need to stay young and healthy I have found at LEF.

To early to tell the benefits of this product. I did not like with the size of the bottle I would say 1/10 of the bottle was filled with the proper amount of 30 caplets. The rest was filled with a lot of cotton. Is it really necessary to make the bottles so big? I understand you have to put a lot of information on the label but it's a lot of plastic .

#sweepstakes So I have been on these almost a month & I am not sure I will feel or see tangible evidence? I was on a Cruciferous supplement which was 100% whole food (broccoli & brussel sprout powder) & although I did see improvement in an area I needed it - I needed to take 3-6 of these a day. I am trying this Life Extensions formula as they say it is there most potent of crusiferous supplements & that only 1 a day is needed & only 1 a day should be taken! I seem to be able to take them with or without food & have no ill reaction either way. The only thing I do not like is that I realized there is propylene glycol in the coating. When I called about this I was told it may be from a natural source but I still did not get a definitive answer. Although it may be such a minute amount I probably will not re-order this product if I am not sure about the source of ingredient. There are many other coatings - not sure why that would be used in a health product.
