considering that I bought this from Walmart, which is supposed to be a discount store, it was pretty expensive. I think I'll go back to prescribed potassium... I can get that for free.

Oh my... this potassium with Extended Release Magnesiun works. I take it at bedtime and the cramping in my feet and legs are so much better. I am 72 years old and will continue to take. No after effects at all. Also, I have the best relaxing sleep.

I put I'd recommend but to be honest, it is way to early to say these capsules are doing any good at all. Been taking over a week and am still getting leg cramps at night.

Always take your potassium with magnesium. That is the recommended way as they work better together. Good brand.

Walmart customer service is horrible. They'll stop you from returning an item and then pass you on to a representative that can't speak English. This will delay your return for so long it'll be passed the return date and then Walmart can say your return isn't eligible. Do not buy anything from Walmart.

I bought this specifically becasue it says it has potassium with the magnesium. I get magnesium in my dialy multi-vitamin. It has 2% of the daily potassium, which I consider too little to even have potassium in the name. I feel cheated. It is my fault for not checking the breakdown, but I will never trust the title of a Life Extension supplement again.

I have cancer, so I rely on potassium and magnesium to keep my muscles from cramping. This does not work at all! I had to go back to the cheaper individual versions. In other words. I have to take the potassium and magnesium separately. This combination thing did not work at all for me!
