I had trouble getting back to sleep after waking up in the middle of night. Rest & Renew with its small dose of melatonin for falling asleep and staying asleep has been a game, err sleep changer. The renew part helps me get up, never droggy like NyQuil.

This product does not help at all. My husband and I have taken it nightly for 2 weeks without any change. I tried taking 2 capsules each night and could not tell a difference. We purchased 4 bottles and will throw them unopened in the trash. Don't waste your money

My husband was able to use this product without having side effects. I however got sick when I took it. I believe it can be helpful to some people; just be aware that their can be side effects.
