This has all the vitamins and minerals an adult would need. High on vitamin Bs which I needed for healing, even though they turn my urine gold. I take one at noon and the other at supper for 2 a day.

With the depletion of minerals and nutrients from our soils that our food is grown in, I feel we must take extra supplements to get the vital nutrients our bodies need to function well. We've been taking Two per day in tablet form for several years after switching from the life extension mix. When compared to similar multivitamins, these really have more bang for the dollar.

This brand of supplements is very reputable and of good quality. Personally I only recommend taking ONE a day due to the huge percentage on some of the vitamins it contains. This brand uses no Cynacobalin(B12 with a cyanide molecule), no "dl" vitamin E(linked to 5 types of cancer), and the "proper" folate as well as many other NATURAL sourced vitamins verses synthetic, which is found in sooo many other brands, including the popular one that starts with a C, and is pretty much completely synthetic sourced. Note: this life extension multi does NOT contain vitamin K2(mk7) which is very important ESPECIALLY when taking any vitamin D, and it also contains magnesium oxide, which is the cheapest and most poorly absorbed form of magnesium. I highly suggest adding a K2(mk7) and a magnesium citrate or glycinate with this multivitamin.

Your products are good, but you keep shipping them in plastic. Plastic that is not recyclable. Please go back to cardboard or something that is biodegradable and wont sit in a landfill for the next thousand years or so.

Good evening, I've been using the product for years, it's excellent quality. I live in Paraguay and I always buy it here in some stores, but this time I decided to buy directly from your website, and they sent it to me by plane to arrive in Paraguay. I don't know what happened, but they all arrived crushed, with torn labels, and the containers were all dented and swollen. I wanted to know if it left the factory like that or if something happened with the plane.

The B12 %RDA is extremely high. Online label did not show this. I won't use these vitamins and it costs more to return them than to just throw them away.

Too big to take at once and opening it up and taking the contents made me gag. Smells and tastes horrific. I also didn't really want to buy it but I was close to free shipping and needed vitamins. The thing I wanted turned out to be discontinued but they still had it for sale so it was just a big waste of money. I found this out after they had shipped the vitamins and charged me for them. They didn't even know they had stopped making the item I originally wanted but I thought they had some in stock.
