i have try all the life extension for the last 25 years now and i am very happy that all the vitamins that i take 6 of them are good for my body and i would recommend to anyone . lot of expert and doctors say that vitamins do not work. ido not believe it works for me especially the Glucose and condroiten I am a true believe

This brand of supplements is very reputable and of good quality. Personally I only recommend taking ONE a day due to the huge percentage on some of the vitamins it contains. This brand uses no Cynacobalin(B12 with a cyanide molecule), no "dl" vitamin E(linked to 5 types of cancer), and the "proper" folate as well as many other NATURAL sourced vitamins verses synthetic, which is found in sooo many other brands, including the popular one that starts with a C, and is pretty much completely synthetic sourced. Note: this life extension multi does NOT contain vitamin K2(mk7) which is very important ESPECIALLY when taking any vitamin D, and it also contains magnesium oxide, which is the cheapest and most poorly absorbed form of magnesium. I highly suggest adding a K2(mk7) and a magnesium citrate or glycinate with this multivitamin.

This vitamin gives me what I need to stay healthy. Only fall back is the after taste. Definitely take with a meal.

Your products are good, but you keep shipping them in plastic. Plastic that is not recyclable. Please go back to cardboard or something that is biodegradable and wont sit in a landfill for the next thousand years or so.

These vitamins are strong. I can only take one and I can't take it with anything else. I used to take Tongat Ali and fulvic acid but it doesn't sit well with my body when I do. So I only take the one vitamin and a protein shake (water protein). My body absorbs the vitamin really good after that and I'm pretty energized throughout the day. It does turn my pee really yellow but I increased my water intake and it's not clear but it's a less alarming shade of yellow. Overall very potent vitamin, which has been very good for me.

I believe these help me overall. Personally I only take one a day (if I remember to) One complaint is the fact that these turn my urine very yellow.

i only recommend this vitamin because it's a product of Life Extension, but it has the most horrendous smell! it leaves such an overwhelming terrible smell on whatever you drink water from when you take it. Also- as soon as you open bottle of vits- it can be smelled across the room! i've taken bad smelling vitamins before- but this 2-A-Day multivitamin is the worse. i was so concerned about the smell being abnormal, i thought to call life extensions to confirm that it was supposed to smell so terrible. it's probably a great product - if you can tolerate the smell!

Not sure if these 2 per day multivitamins are doing anything , took it with their DHEA 25mg and even with Nutrient multi Packs, but didn't see any improvement in my nails, skin, energy, etc, based on my experience. I have taken multivitamins all my life, these should of gave me energy, better hair and nails, instead, I felt even more tired. This is based on my experience.

The B12 %RDA is extremely high. Online label did not show this. I won't use these vitamins and it costs more to return them than to just throw them away.

Too big to take at once and opening it up and taking the contents made me gag. Smells and tastes horrific. I also didn't really want to buy it but I was close to free shipping and needed vitamins. The thing I wanted turned out to be discontinued but they still had it for sale so it was just a big waste of money. I found this out after they had shipped the vitamins and charged me for them. They didn't even know they had stopped making the item I originally wanted but I thought they had some in stock.
