This will help you "un-acquire" Type 2 issue. It is part of my regimen for keeping my A1c levels and blood glucose lower. My belief is, if you suddenly became Type 2 through your lifestyle, you can work to un-acquire your issue. This is a small vitamin pill so it's easy to swallow.

After two months of one/day our fasting glucose is in the mid 70s ! Instead of high 80s/low 90s for the first time in years and we've made no major dietary changes (though we have always been relatively low sucrose/fructose consumers).
