I am an athlete and I have seen huge improvements in my muscle health and growth. I am able to lift 25% more weight without any injury. I take it in conjunction with Creatine and this iso a magical duo.
Make no mistake about it, if you are a bodybuilder like me, this is a must have in your mix of supplements. I put it in my coffee before I go to the gym. I am 72 and, it most definitely helps me to get a much better workout in. I will continue to use this product for as long as I can afford it.

This product is unique, a wonderful combination of calcium and HMB! As someone with osteopeania, this was a godsend.
I have only been utilizing this formula for about 3 weeks, but I believe I am already seeing a difference in the mirror. I am using it in conjunction with an exercise program of a full body workout twice a week, and at eighty years old it seems to be promoting muscle growth.
I believe we are only 2-3 weeks in and so far it hasn't helped my hands. I bought a 3 month supply, so I will follow up then. I mix it in my morning coffee, it has very little taste to it.
Does help restore muscle recovery. I'll be buying again
I want to give this zero stars based on taste alone. I've taken some pretty horrid supplements, but this was extremely hard to choke down, AND it made me sick to my stomach. BUT, I do feel like it gave me extra strength at the gym, so I need to give it some credit for that. I am switching to HMB capsules. Hopefully, they will work as well.
