I am very pleased with the improvement in my bladder health! Having just started using this support, there is a marked change in the frequency of my nightly trip to the bathroom, and that is a very good thing. Waking up in the middle of the night is not fun, since I have a hard time getting back to sleep, so I'm going to be a long term fan….another great supplement from a great company….love it!
