I definitely plan on buying more of this. I would recommend it to people who don't want to put those crazy fat burners that personally don't make me feel the best when I use them. This is a solid product that worked for me. The serving size is also reasonable and exactly as advertised. It doesn't tell you that it is a 30 day supply and then recommend taking a second dose for peak results turning your 30 day supply into a 2-week supply.

First off, I would just like to say that I love Life Seasons. Their products are outstanding. I'm working my way through trying all. Overtime time of course. Heehee. This product in particular is great although I would only recommend it to certain people just because of its intensity though you could just take 1 or 2 capsules instead of 3. 3 being the recommended dose. Anyhoo, this product is wonderful!

I started taking this with my morning vitamins, and I noticed a bit of a difference. I would feel a bit hungry a little while after taking this but after a small meal I felt fine for the rest of the day. I did feel like my food was being used for fuel rather than being stored in my gut. I would recommend this product for any one that has a little bit of insulin resistance. Try it out! I will continue to take this product!

Found it at Sprouts, I take one in the morning with my hard boiled eggs and greens. One in the afternoon with my high protein lunch. That's it! Works amazing! I can do push-ups again! I've only been taking for a little over a week and I see immediate results!! I would like to know how long I can continue to use because I will definitely use this until I reach my weight goal.

I'm not one to eat a lot, But I like to snack. It has definitely helped stop that. As far as energy levels its about the same. We have to stop looking for a pill to help us lose weight or even to help with energy. Along with taking supplements you have to workout...eat healthy and drink water. Supplements only help but they will not fix or cure you. You have to put in the work.

Not great to help the food cravings but definitely helps get my stomach moving if I haven't had a bm in a little bit. Definitely tastes like plastic.
