I struggled with multivitamins because many of them were nausiating, even the gummies. These are really easy to digest (definitely once you get used to them) and they taste good too. I like the doses. I also ove that they're vegitarien and kosher. I only wish they sold them in bigger sizes.

Side of bottle is big. Daily and effective. Taste is good.

I was hoping to use these with my low carb diet, but they are pretty high in carbohydrates..about a meals worth of carbohydrates in one serving. They are definately sweet as well.

These are sticky and hard to get out of the bottle. They smell good but they don't really taste like anything. Not sure I'll buy again but I like that they are 0 sugar.

The taste is ok, they gave me some satisfaction as a gummies replacement, but I'm not sure about their effectiveness as a supplement, also made me a bit bloated. Won't order again.

I personally did not like the taste at all and consistency. I mean, they're good for you and have all the necessary multivitamins you would expect, but I don't enjoy the texture or taste at all - too medicinal
