Great little toaster! It's nice to pick how light or dark I want my toast. With the timer countdown feature, I know exactly how long I have before my toast is done.

Nice, big 2 slice toaster. The controls were easy to figure out and there was no issue with smell or residue on the resulting bread. Tested with oat fiber/flax/vital wheat gluten bread slices.

Best toaster I've ever purchased and it is very reasonably priced vs other vendors. So easy to used plug in run toaster thru once empty for minute 30 seconds after that choose button of what bread muffin or bagel u want to either light medium or darker setting drop bread in %26 you will have exactly way you choose. Love it! I've recommended to family members.

Although the shipping service was not so good, I did finally receive the toaster. It was packaged well. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I first toasted a frozen bagel. The defrost feature worked well to thaw the bagel and then the toaster toasted the bagel to the exact setting set. Great! Then I toasted grain bread and the toast was equally good. I like the control panel which is easy to see, to read and to use. I like to see just how much time is left before the bread pops up all toasted. I have yet to try waffles, but I will do soon. I have no doubts that it will toast to perfection. The bottom pull-out tray works well and collects the crumbs. The stainless lid cover to keep stuff from falling into the toaster when not in use is a great feature. Better than a plastic or cloth cover. The unit looks great on the counter so we will keep it there rather than storing in a cupboard. A perfect toaster.

Beautiful works perfectly

It's doing what I expected it to do so far (1 week). The problem I have is that the user manual is not very helpful and it is not very intuitive if you compare how you think it would be used versus what the user manual says. So I am using trial and error right now. Other wise it works better than the Bella it replaced.

The toaster looks good and it does toast your bread, bagels and such, however as other comments mentioned the touch screen is 'touchy' and at times cannot be trusted. When the toast is completed the eject is so powerful that sometimes it pops out of the toaster on to the counter or floor. Wow.

I've had this toaster about 4 weeks. I use it about 3 times a week. It works well and I like the cover. The reason for 3 stars is that the manual is written by Fatabeta (I guess that's the manufacturer), online the brand is listed as Lifelmpree. In the product inforamation online it states there's a 360 day warranty. The manual makes no mention of the warranty. It's very important information to leave out of the manual. That's a little cagey. I recommend to keep good records.

the lever will not go down, toaster will not operate, small dent on the front. nice looking toaster.
