the face on the baby doll does look real but the picture I looked at showed it holding a stuffed animal mine did not come with a stuffed animal it came with a bottle and a diaper

False advertising
Heads up this is not those hyper realistic bay dolls you see on the internet. The body is cloth and stuffed like a teddy bear.

Not as described
The doll is all vinyl and does not have a weighted cloth body as described. You can see every brush stroke of the painted hair. This is equivalent to a $12 doll not $40 !
