Perfect thickness, not too thin, not too thick. Cushions and supports floor work

The straps to roll and keep the mat in place might be the thing I like the most about it because I have other mats that I typically need to put rubber bands around so they don't unroll. I've had bad knees since my days playing high school volleyball, so the extra cushion makes my exercises much easier and comfortable. I'd prefer some other colors, like orange, but that's not a huge concern.

I really like the thickness of this mat. Some other mats I have used before either aren't thick enough or have too much give when weight is applied but that is not the case with this mat. It eases the wrist and elbow pain I typically have during planks and pushups and makes crunches and leg lifts way more comfortable.

These matts are nice but they do slip around, i do wish they were a little wider as well for certain work outs

leaves a permanent mark on the mat and not thick enough,can't be used on a roller wheel to stretch my back/spine.because of the depressed mark.
