I recently broke my Humeris bone which required surgery to my rotator cuff. My therapist recommended that I get a pulley; which although they do not carry them in the store, I was able to get online. It helps me tremendously; and has visual different ways to use it. I may continue to use it for arm to exercise my arm in the future. For the price, it is certainly worth it!
Very similar pulley systems at medical centers, health stores, sports stores where in the $50 range or even higher!! Very satisfied...
I needed this pulley system to maintain range of motion following botched shoulder surgeries. It works incredibly well and is very easy to use. The price can't be beat with the free ship to store.
this shoulder pulley is same one I use in at my PT sessions! I can use it at home and keep up with my flexibility exercises at home. It comes with a metal piece that hooks over the top of the door, I have to put a small piece of cloth under the metal piece so it doesn't mark up the door. When I'm finished with PT then I can bag it and put it away until the next operation (hopefully never again). It's worth the cost though.
Adjustible and works as it is supposed to
I am slowly regaining strength and rang of motion in my shoulder. Very versatile devise to help my recovery.
Nice piece of equipment. My husband had a shoulder replacement and physical therapist recommended some exercise using these pulleys for stretching exercises. These definitely fill the bill at half the cost of others out there.
Shopped around and found this pulley at Walmart for so much less. The quality is excellent. It works well for my husbands shoulder surgery rehab. Shipped to store for free to top off an already great value.
I purchased this to perform my physical therapy at home. It has been very helpful and was very cost effective.
I can't rate it low because it works as described, but I won't give it 5 stars because I ordered a different one and canceled it because it didn't say it was going to take at least a week to get it until after I bought it, so I ordered this Ons because Walmart sold it, it said delivered in 3 days, it was the same thing, I would of much rather, got the got the first one because it has the metal strip to put over the top so it will stay in place when the door is opened, this one has a strap and has to be back in place evetime the door is opened.
