Better me
The basic move, in push-up, and bring the knees up and down per the wheel, goes right to the back how I like. It is a peculiar thing to have around, but I aced this by having a specific box with a glass window door for it.

Way more than an ab wheel
The power wheel is by far the best ""ab wheel"" I have ever used. It has so many uses in addition to the standard rollouts you see on all the other ab wheels out there. It is big and beefy and ready to roll. I really like the foot straps that allow me to ""reverse"" the workout.

Keep Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'
I've seen other ab wheels on the market that seemed similar with their uses and design, but Lifeline's Power Wheel is far and away better compared to those. The versatility of being able to go from exercises using my hands, to attaching the wheel to my feet around my heels is incredible. Next time I see someone simply refer to it as just an ""ab wheel,"" I'll be sure to let them know it's a Power Wheel.

Please get accessories! Won't reccomend
Great piece of equipment, l don't like that you can't get accessories the band that goes around the ankle is very fragile and when it breaks you have to buy another wheel that you don't need!
