When I got it, it leaked on the first use, if you read the manual it states that it will the first use due to testing, fine no problem 2nd use leaked again, so on 3rd use I took off the back to watch the hoses during use, 1 of the hoses had a tiny hole and was spraying a tiny stream of water, an unacceptable amount of water. So I contacted lifeplus and explained that I need a new hose, I also sent a video, they responded right away so I had high hopes, they said they couldn't replace the hose so I had a choice of refund or replacement, I opted for a refund , and they absolutely will no longer respond to my emails , nor have I been refunded…. I am disabled so I can't lug this thing back to Walmart, my only hope is to fix it myself or hire someone to come in and fix it.
