This thing is great! It Really compresses your hand. The heating could be more of a thing. The massage part is just vibration but it feels nice. The buttons that you press for selection are kinda hard to press and you’re really just guessing what mode you’re in but it nice and it works. Carpel tunnel in my hand doesn’t wake me up at night anymore.

We bought this as a gift for our friend who has severe Arthritis in her hands. The first time she used it, she actually got more movement in her hands than usual. Shes very excited about the possibilities. Update to come.

Could not use because even on the low setting it applied to much pressure to my hand. It causes to much pain.

The compression can be very hard and there really isn't any massaging. just air pockets that inflate. I thought it might have a rolling mechanism in it as most massaging tools do. It was a gift that was given back.

this didn't help with my carpal tunnel, after using my hand hurt worse. It didn't apply pressure to my hand in the right area.
