I use this almost daily on both hands as a knitter and rock climber, and it was the best early Christmas present I could have asked for!! So relaxing and it really helps to alleviate any achey swollen feelings in the hands and wrists. Excited to try out the acupuncture rings too!

This thing is great! It Really compresses your hand. The heating could be more of a thing. The massage part is just vibration but it feels nice. The buttons that you press for selection are kinda hard to press and you’re really just guessing what mode you’re in but it nice and it works. Carpel tunnel in my hand doesn’t wake me up at night anymore.

Could not use because even on the low setting it applied to much pressure to my hand. It causes to much pain.

The compression can be very hard and there really isn't any massaging. just air pockets that inflate. I thought it might have a rolling mechanism in it as most massaging tools do. It was a gift that was given back.
