First time using this kind of machine, but I knew I would love it. I own a vibration plate and I like this better. Cons: My feet don't stay in comfortably. They feel like they are going to slip out all the time. I have to play around the position and put a pillow under the knee to make it comfortable. However, my husband does not have that problem. I wish the cradle for the ankles was more comfortable in general. I looked at many models and they all look the same, at least this one is not hard plastic. The “massage” side is ridiculous and irritates. I just turn it around to only put the ankles. The machine feels solid, it's not too heavy and we love it.
easy to use, several different settings, comes with ankle covers to prevent rubbing. Overall great product. leaves you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed
So relaxing at the end of the day. I feel good when I get up. So glad I bought it. I love it.
I absolutely love my LifePro Chi Machine. I use it every night before bed as part of my wellness routine, and it consistently helps me wind down, loosen up, and feel lighter. The swing motion really supports healthy lymphatic flow and circulation, and the infrared setting is a standout feature — the gentle heat eases tension in my legs and makes the session even more effective. It's low-impact, easy to use, and perfect for days when I don't have the energy for a full workout but still want to keep my body moving. This machine has become a non-negotiable part of my nighttime routine, and I truly feel the difference when I skip it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a practical, convenient way to support mobility, relaxation, and overall recovery.
Be consistent and use on a regular basis, and you will notice more power in your walk. Walking workouts, for years, gave me the steps for day, but never the strength and stamina that I have now when walking after using chi machine twice a day for almost 2 years. If your ankles hurt use leg warmers or heavy slouch socks. Anyone who may think chi machine is not for them because it's too easy or they are more advanced need to know that by using chi on a regular basis will help you do anything better, whether it's walking, running, etc.
Received the Mediripple Chi Swing Machine. This morning I used for the first time and was a little concerned and will see that happens in the future. I turn on with the remote and 'nothing'. I walked away with a little disgust and when I returned about 5 minutes later it came on ... as stated, will follow this and see if I need to contact customer service.
My ankles are constantly slipping out of the ankle holders when the machine is past a certain speed. I have to press my heels into the ankle holders in order to get the correct movement. Pressing my heals into the ankle holders creates tension in my hips and thighs. If the machine is going very slowly, it does better, but I need it to move faster and it doesn't work well at that point. Also, I'm not sure how the massage function is supposed to be beneficial. When the massage function is on, the machine vibrates and makes a lot of noise. I don't feel or see how this function adds to the overall performance of the machine. Also, it is definitely worth a consideration for this product to have something to put underneath your knees for support or purchase some knee support of your own. Otherwise, your knees are locked and can be quite painful by the time the use of the machine is concluded.
