I love my new trampoline. It's easy to assemble, although you do need a 2nd person to help open it up to secure the sides together. After that, it's easy to screw on the legs and get it set up. Excellent exercise, especially for the legs. I'm sure it'll be great aerobic activity once I get accustomed to it. And, it fits into my crowded craft room just fine.

They are a great company that backs up their lifetime warranties. PS: I am 58 yrs old and reasonably healthy. I have been using their vibration plate for 2 years now and have noticed a huge difference in my circulation and inflammation/pain. I got the rebounder to take my "shakey-bouncy" to a new level. 10 minutes a day is a huge difference!

I couldn’t afford the expensive rebounders, but I also have other LifePro products that I’ve used and loved, so I went with this one. It took some effort to unfold the mat, but once that was done assembly was easy enough and so far I’m enjoying the rebounder. My muscles feel well exercised even in a short amount of time.

It looks really nice and well built. I am 74 years old and have to get help to put it together. I am excited to use it. I will get back to you after I get it put together

We’ve enjoyed this product thus far. My only issue is that the counter doesn’t always pick up the number of jumps and therefore doesn’t count the time and calories. But I’m okay with that!

Item is missing one handle bar cover and came with faulty scres so I cannot attach water holder or counter. Have contacted customer service MULTIPLE times and they have continuously ignored certain issues with another product and have failed to resolve the missing items. Last email was asking me for all this information (they already have multiple copies of my receipt) and obviously all my contact info. Been nothing but a hassle and will be my last purchase from this company. I'd return it at this point but am STILL awaiting a return label for another product that shows "return initiated" (4 weeks ago) and no further instruction.
