I am healing from a tibial plateau fracture. I had 2 surgeries to repair the fractures with hardware, and spent 12 weeks non-weight bearing. My knee was very stiff from non-use, but I wasn't ready for physical therapy. I got the AutoGlide Under Desk Elliptical Machine, and have been nothing but happy since I've been using it. The auto setting provides a smooth and easy pace, and I have been rewarded by improvement in my range of motion. Highly recommend!

For quality control: every bolts knots and rings were already in place, but with delivery 3 sets weren’t twisted enough and fell in the box, which had a bottom hole with delivery. Was lucky nothing was lost. For potential buyers: this is sturdy piece of equipment, it’s on the heavy side, but it has a handle (big problem with the Stamina Inmotiom e.g) and it stays in place instead of sliding like some other models. I really appreciate the tether in our office setting so the chair doesn’t roll away while working out. Last, even the first level makes you work a bit, and the max can be a workout but is not too much. In comparison, other models will start with almost no resistance up to really high resistance. Depends of want you need and want. I really think that one hits the spot

I got the Autoglide Red to help with foot swelling and to increase my activity level. I've only had it a few days but the red light therapy feels great on my feet, especially after a long day at work. I think the red light therapy will motivate me to use the elliptical more often than if I had purchased one without red light therapy. I keep the elliptical by my couch so I can use it while watching TV or reading. I like that it's automatic for low energy days.

Doing exactly what I need it to do - low impact exercise that doesn’t irritate my tendons. It’s also solid and stable. It’s lost a star simply for its weight - it’s heavy and awkward to move.

Solid great product! I am having an issue with the download of the app only being in a different language. I did write the support staff and I am sure they will respond today. Can't wait! Wil update with photos of putting together and video of use after completed with app

It does not have a "motor." I thought "motorized" meant it would have a motor. It does not. It is a manual pedal only.
