After my first PEC with the vitamin shoppe I had a very big issue with overuse of caffeine. Energy drinks and pre workouts basically stopped helping, and once I got home I tried a bottle of adrenal-t in order to restore some energy. After a month I noticed a huge difference in energy and even helped to reset my tolerance to stimulants a bit.

I have been using the Life Seasons Adrenal-T for about 2 years now and I continue to love the Energy and Focus I get while using this product! One time I ran out of this product for about a week and my husband and I could tell a huge difference in our lack of energy and focus in fact we almost thought we were coming down sick until we started taking the product again and realized how much of a difference it really makes in our daily lives! I will make sure to not run out of this product again!

This is my favorite product in the life seasons family. While all the ones I have tried have been fantastic this one has really stood out at the best for me. It gives me great energy throughout the day, keeps my stress levels in check, and also has the added benefit of helping keep my hungry during the day under control. All the ingredients are clearly marked with no propierty blends.

I am in love with this brand and this product! I find the adrenal-t helps me to feel more in control of mood swings. I haven't noticed an increase in energy or thought about giving up coffee, but it has a bit of an antidepressant and anti-anxiety effect for me. I do wish their supplements weren't quite so expensive. I will try to repurchase when it goes on sale.

The supplements they use in these to create the final capsules is magical, I swear. I took this while also taking Anxie-T and found it was a great combination. I didn't see any negatives, but now I certainly feel like it has to be used with the Anxie-T for best results.
