I started taking this in September. Since then, my migraines have greatly reduced in frequency and intensity. I usually get one really bad migraine (hormonal) every month and I haven't had one since October. I take two capsules every day with food. If I do end up getting a headache, it only takes one migraine pill as opposed to two every two hours. I'm amazed at how effective this is. Like anything natural, it may take a month to build up in your system so do give it some time. It is worth it.

My sister in law uses this product and has had amazing results. She had tried several other products on the market with very little or no success. I haven't used it for migraines as such so I couldn't recommend it for that. However I found it very helpful for tension pain in my neck and head and I just felt better after I took it so that's how I use it. And it works great for me.
