I have only been using for a few weeks but have gone from hot flashes every hour to only 10 per day. I am using along with Wild Yam balancing cream. Only woke up once last night which is good. I started taking Pausitivi-t a couple of years ago. Did wonders for my hot flashes I am 66-thought I was through with hot flashes so I stopped taking it. Not so fast my body said so I went back on them and within a couple of days they were gone again. This time for good.

This is really very helpful and I experienced 0 hot flashes within first 2 weeks - that is what I notice the most difference with - I'm not completely through the first month- but close - I think I'll probably try to reduce the dose, secondary to the cost
