Works great. Within two days I felt so much better. And when I skip a day I can absolutely tell!
I needed something to help with menopausal symptoms. After testing this first, I noticed a decrease, and it really seems to help!
I have only been using for a few weeks but have gone from hot flashes every hour to only 10 per day. I am using along with Wild Yam balancing cream. Only woke up once last night which is good. FYI… surgical menopause is due to removal of one ovary, and a few weeks after surgery doctor believes the other ovary is dormant.

This product has helped me tremendously with my overall health during my menopause , I do not experience hot flashes at night and mood has improved , I buy this product every month , I have also tested it by not taking it for a couple days and I could definitely feel the difference. Women experiencing meno pause give this a try it will take about 2 weeks until you start feeling a change . Be consistent with taking it .

This product has been a life changer for me. Having had a full hysterectomy I fell into menopause with severe hot flashes. I tried every product recommended to me and nothing worked. I literally carried a mini fan everywhere. Since I have used this product I no longer carry a fan and my hot flashes diminished 90%. I'm so so happy I found this product. You must give it a try you have nothing to loose. Wait you will loose but those pesky hot flashes.
I started having hot flashes and night sweats at the age of 23. I tried several different products without any luck. Pausitivi-T was the only product to work for me. I noticed results within a few days and have continued to take the product for years.
