taking 2 capsules of life seasons, (recommended), replaced 4- 10mg melatonin. plus 2 unisom. and I like the more natural ingredients in life seasons.

If you need something to get a great nights rest and stay asleep without waking up in middle of the night this is the way to go. It has everything you need in one bottle, not to much melatonin which is great for me and other herbal properties that help you get some rest.

I absolutely sleep better on nights I use this. I struggle to stay asleep longer than a few hours, and this helps me fall back to sleep after I wake up at 2am. I don't feel drowsy the morning after. I do have to take breaks from using it to keep it working for me, but that is true of every single sleep aid I have used. This is my preferred sleep supplement overall.

It has helped me fall asleep faster. I do still wake up once a night. It has helped, however, more than any of the other sleep aids I have tried

I had high hopes for this but it hasn't worked well for me. I don't feel it helps me sleep well and I have strange dreams with it. I will use the bottle up though. I have used it a few times without much success.
