Received the LS350 hot tub a few days earlier than expected. I live in an area that we needed to have water brought in the temperature was 55*F so it took approximately 18hrs to heat up to 102* once reaching temperature desired my wife and i got in and I'll tell you what an enjoyable evening we had. We use bacquacil for our hot tub no harsh smell or everyday trying to balance water chemistry's we've had it now for 3 weeks . We live in northeast Ohio so for the winter we placed it in the garage and I'm sure it helped maintaining the temp because of the inclement weather .we both absolutely love it. This winter will be milder because of this hot tub.
I bought this as a retirement gift for myself and my husband to enjoy, I knew I had gotten the perfect gift for myself when one evening my husband and I were relaxing in our Spa and he says “ This is the life” and he sure is right!!!
I was very skeptical purchasing a hot tub from Sam's club, and cautiously optomistic purchasing a plug and play. The hot tub was delivered much sooner than expected, which meant having to scramble to find help to move the hot tub from the driveway to the patio - not a problem. The hot tub was well packaged and not damaged. Had to take the panel off to get the cord, but set up in general was very easy. Fill, add chemicals (not included), wait a couple days to heat, and enjoy! Easy. We never stay in the hot tub for longer than 15-20 minutes, so plug and play is perfect!!
We just love it. Easy enough to get in place with help (3 people). I felt like it took a long time to heat up, however we were very excited and it was 12 degrees out, sooo. Holds heat very well, jets are nice and not over powering, placed well for relaxation. We use it daily. Its perfect after a long day, its the best unwinder, stress just melts away. I love it, best year end investment for relaxing.
Bought this last year as a first time hot tub. 110v so it plugs unto standard outlet we had on the patio. Leveled it with a simple wood frame filled half way with pebbles. Chemicals are way easier than a swimming pool. Couple teaspoons of bromine after each use and monitor ph, hardness, and alkalinity 1 or 2 times a week. Cover is excellent. 220v with our next tub for sure only because it takes 2 or more days to get up to 105f after filling and you're supposed to drain every few months. If I leave the top off for more than 30" the temp will drop a few degrees because 110v doesn't keep it up as well as 220v does. But for just me a couple soaks a week it's a great starter tub. 3 adults no problem. 4 adults or more would be "very cozy"
We have had this spa for two months now, and I feel it's time to review it. Delivery was simple, CEVA logistics brought it, they delivered it to the side of our house where we hooked it up. Once delivered my wife and I were able to easily pull it off the pallet and slide it on the concrete to its proper orientation. Setup was also very easy, I filled it up, it took about 45 minutes to fill, and then plugged it in. The following night it was at 104 degrees. This was our first spa and it took a little time to get the chemicals figured out. It does come with an ozonator which supposedly reduces the amount of chlorine needed. We use bromine through a floater feeder and it works great. We bought chlorine shock, 1 inch bromine tabs and a floater feeder, ph up and down, and testing strips as well as clarifier which we haven't used The use and functionality is better than expected. It is a nice looking hot tub, it looks as nice as my parents' hot tub who spent more than double. We primarily use it with our 3 kids and there is plenty of space for the 5 of us. The little waterfall is a nice touch as is the led color changing light. Overall it is very easy to use. It holds the temperature well, and on nights in the upper 60s it will lose 1 or 2 degrees in 30-40 minutes, which is expected. The jets are strong enough for my liking, and well placed. Our electric bill for July, the first full month we have had it was actually lower than July of last year, so we didn't notice any real increase in electricity. This may change during the Utah winter, and if it does dramatically, I will update.
This purchase didn't disappoint. It was just as described and was delivered when expected.
We really enjoy it so far. The only thing that kinda sucked was there were two little dents in it but not enough to send it back.
The spa is excellent. No complaints thus far. Jets are more powerful than we expected, considering it is a 110V plug-and-play. It does have trouble keeping up to the set temperature when cool outside, as expected. The LED light works well and has several colors and modes - we like the blue teal and green one. The control panel is simple to use and remains illuminated. The seating layout is excellent in this model. Hoping the spa will continue to impress for the $. As for the delivery... We opted out of the liftgate delivery service as we have front-end loaders and forklifts to assist. The spa arrived in a sprinter van without a pallet. The clearance above the spa was maybe an inch. The only option was to slide it out of the van onto the forks of the lift - the spa did have a portion of the shipping wrap torn and a few scratches came from the unexpected hurdle. 4 stars for this.
I'm happy with the tub but kinda duped in the description of “Jets”. There are only 3 Jets and the rest are just ports. Had it been all real Jets And more than just 1 Light in Hot Tub I would have said 5 Stars.
