Took this cooler on a three week cross country adventure and it did not disappoint. Kept ice for days at a time, no need to get ice everyday like other coolers. Ordered online so did not fully realize the size, much bigger than I anticipated. Lots of room and very sturdy. Recommend by this family
Very expensive but even with opening it 10x per day to grab my stuff out of it, it kept everything stone cold for a solid three days and it would have lasted much longer but my trip wasn't that long.
Put in 2 bags of ice, room temp soda and beer, and there was still ice left 3 days later. Made in USA, 1/3 the price of the big brand (which is now being made internationally).
very happy with this cooler!! very well built and well worth the money. Great size fir short trips or day trips holds ice great. put a portable ice block in the bottom to pre cool and help retain ice
its bigger than i thought it would be but works great hot 8 of 1 Liter smartwaters in it with a 20 pound bag of ice i kept ice cool in 100f degree weather in a car for 4 days
I've taken this camping a couple times now and I'm very happy with ice retention over 2-3 days. Durable so far - no concerns that it will hold up. A bit smaller than needed for 2-3 days as your only cooler.
Great ice chest. Great value. As food or better than others that are twice or 3x the price. Latches are much easier to use than the other rubber ones. Hold ice forever.
Top quality at half the price of other top brands. Keeps ice for days, very sturdy, and American Made! The only negative is, it is a little on the heavy side for a cooler of this size but I wouldn't take points away for that fact. Great value overall.
This is my second Lifetime Cooler, I have the 55qt as well as the 28qt now. Lifetime coolers are built well, have a 5 year warranty %26 keep ice just about as well or the same as the expensive overpriced brands. They look great, hold up great, keep ice well %26 are very competitively priced compared to others on the market for what you get!
I bought this to use for shorter trips where the larger Lifetime 65QT with wheels just isn't practical, based on about two years now of positive experiences with that model. Positives: 1. Weight isn't outlandish when full. Pretty easy to carry to and from car with anti-slip handle. 2. Was able to fit a reasonable amount of drinks and food with ice. 3. Construction seems reasonably durable, as expected of a molded cooler. Negatives: 1. Even pre-chilling drinks and food, with half a dozen frozen water bottles for good measure, held ice for only about a day with the lid closed and clamped. I get similar results from a less expensive and lighter weight Coleman or Igloo. 2. No drain spout. If it can't hold ice, at least let me drain the water and refill it in the morning easily.
