The quality of the hoop is really good and it is made in the USA. The set up was easy, we filled the bottom with sand, and the team theme looks great.

purchased for son's birthday in July, we were very happy with the product and thought the backboard looked much more durable then our prior one which had shattered - shortly thereafter the base was run over and one of the side supports bent beyond repair. I called Lifetime to order a new base and side support and was provided a free replacement even though I mentioned that it was our fault that it was damaged. WOW! First I was so surprised to get a live person on the phone so easily and then to have Caiti go above and beyond was amazing

I purchased this goal and it did not come with hardware needed to assemble it. I contacted Lifetime and they immediately responded and rectified the matter. They sent me the appropriate hardware without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased this with parts missing and Lifetime Products, Inc. was so responsive in replacing the missing parts free of charge and had them delivered to my home. I watched the wrong instructional video for the 1269 model i purchased which caused a critical error in construction of the post. I called lifetime to order a new part, explained the issue and they sent me a new part free of charge. They have second to none customer service and were very professional when it came to assisting me in solving the problem i created.

I bought a basketball sytem from Amazon that was missing one part and unable to assemble, I contacted them and they referred me to lifetime so I contacted them and within minutes missing part was on it way!! no problems no hassle wow beat customer service ever!!

I bought our bball hoop a few months ago and my kids being kids bent the pole. I contacted CS to see how much it'd be for a new pole before buying a new system completely. After sending some pics, Ian who took over my case was able to see what exactly I needed and get me the part I needed UNDER WARRANTY. With the 3 kids at Christmas time hearing this was covered was an early gift for me!

Took a while to get here since it was backordered, but now I know why. This hoop is awesome. Set up wasn't too difficult and not all that time consuming. Super sturdy and well made. During installation I was a little concerned about the plastic wheels and not sure how easy it would be to move around. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how effortless it is to tilt the sucker forward and move with ease. Looking forward to a summer full of hoop shooting!!

I bought a basket ball net from Lifetime for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas. Unfortunately the box arrived torn up and taped back together. Quite a few parts were missing. I had initial contact with "Terry" on 12/23/19, within 18 hours(on 12/24) replacement parts had been ordered. All this on Christmas eve nonetheless!! I'd recommend your company to a friend, and can't express how grateful I am to "Terry" for facilitating getting my very disappointed grandson some satisfaction in knowing his net will be assembled and ready to use sooner than he thinks.
