Great product, the kids love it. Only negative is it was shipped thru FedEx and it took 2 attempts to get it delivered even though I was here when they claimed they attempted a delivery. Again they either didn't come out or went to the wrong house. Whenever an item sold by Walmart is sent this way FedEx screws up. UPS never does this

We bought this because we wanted our kids to have fun while we have to stay home because of COVID-19. All play grounds have been closed. It doesn’t matter anymore! This is the best thing we Could have bought and this particular brand and size works for all our family to play together. Little and big.

Excellent, the boys 10 and 6 love it, it is strong and with held heavy wind so far. The installation pretty straight forward. Great buy and was delivered very quickly.

This company's customer service is great. I needed a replacement part and they were on it right away. It can be put together in less than 2 hours. The backboard does not bounce around with the base weighed down as instructions suggest.

I ordered it and was not expecting to be delivered that fast. It came in 2 days. All went well, installing was not that hard. An extra hand is required at some stage. Its good price and quality and kids really enjoyed.

Great hoop for the price! Wasnt too bad to put together. I am not handy with tools AT ALL and was able to do it by myself, but did need a little help from my daughter with the backboard. Instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. Looking forward to my son enjoying this awesome hoop!

If you live in any climate where you may get below freezing temps, then you CAN'T use water for the base. You must use sand. And because of the 1.5 hole, this will take you approximately 3.5 hours uniterupted (I timed the first few cups of sand). I'm a busy man so, with my utility knife, I cut a 6 in x 6 in folding door in the base. I was able to pour all 13 gallons of sand into the base within 5 minutes. Why the manufacturer doesn't provide the consumer with a large access door (for sand) to begin with, I'll never know.

This isn't a bad hoop for the price. The Built app makes putting it together much easier. I would recommend for those who need a place to ball during quarantine without spending too much of their stimulus money, lol.

Overall it's a very good hoop with adjustable heights. It's not fiberglass but gets the job done. Mine came with a dented pipe so they didn't fit into each other. I called the company and they were very helpful and shipped the replacement part at no charge in two days.

Seller sent the basketball hoop. FedEx lost it. They found it and delivered it. The box looks like it fell off the truck going down the interstate and rolled down a mountain. It is literally more tape than cardboard. We attempted to put the hoop together, but it's missing several pieces. While it was missing, Walmart promised me a refund. Now I can't get a refund because it's been delivered, but it is unusable because it's missing one of the stability bars and few other pieces. Seller wants me to send this back to them which would be me trying to take the thing apart (instructions say once the pole is together you can't undo it), and lug it to a FedEx drop off point. So frustrating! I would give negative stars if I could.
