Definitely takes 2 people and patience to put together. The video is very instructive and easy to follow. It took about 2 hours to put together. It is sturdy and solid quality. We have spent hours together as a family shooting hoops! It was a great purchase. I am so happy I did not go with the more expensive models!

Great goal for the price. Under $100 and pretty sturdy. People talk about missing parts, but all of the hardware in the one I bought had easy to identify part numbers and nothing was missing. I used a wrench, socket wrench, and Phillips head screwdriver, but all you have to have is a wrench and screw driver if that’s what you have. Don’t tighten the bolts attached to the backboard all the way at first. Get all of them in and then torque them or you’re going to have a bad time. Not heavy, you just need an extra hand or two for leverage during assembly. I read all the reviews before I bought it and I was determined I was going to tackle this project by myself. I almost had it done and my friend swooped in and we completed it. Much easier to do with some help. Took about 4 hours because I’m hard headed. Even if this thing holds up for a year or two in the weather, I will feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth. Don’t let the other reviews scare you off; this is a good way to get in to or get back in to playing some ball.

marked pieces would of been helpful, as we put together one way then had to take it all a part and turn things around. definately, need two people to assemble. once up and all together, our boys loved it.....

It was fairly easy to assemble, definitely needs 2 people though. Took us about 2hrs. Pretty stable, though it's not going to stand up to any serious dunks. We've had it for about a month and my daughter is loving it.

I'm glad I didn't chose anything more expensive. The goal was exactly what we needed at a great price. It's quite sturdy and my kids love it. I highly recommend this product. My kids are 5 and 8.

I have a problem assembling my basketball hoop because I did not read the directions . I assembled two pipes incorrectly and could not get them apart , my seven-year-old grandson was disappointed . I thought I really messed it up. I called the company and spoke to a wonderful customer service lady . She said no problem just take the pipe and drop it on a blanket and it should pop apart . Wow problem solved thank you very much customer service .

Good price, seems pretty solid when assembled. The only issue was as I said above, is that the assembly instructions could have been clearer. I assembled it myself, it took about 2.5 hours. If you know how to use tools and you get some help, it would probably have gone a lot quicker. The only other issue I had was with the screw that passes through the main pole to hold on a small foot in the front at the bottom. The screw did not seem long enough. It's a great unit for the price.

Got this so my child could shoot hoops in the driveway. Didn't want to spend too much money in case it gets old and is no longer interested. Definitely need two sets of hands to wrestle it together, which is why i gave it three stars. Nice that all nuts and bolts are labeled makes it easier to get the right stuff.

OMG! This product took literally 8 hours to assemble! We were in the yard till dark trying to put this together! Some screws were too short, didn't fit, etc. We had to run back and forth to the hardware store to buy similar screws to put this together. My husband is a handy man around the house and has construction experience. He was so frustrated with this product, but he was determined to get it up so the family could play. It took 8 hours! Its up and is overall serving its purpose now. Just be aware that you may have to take off a whole day of work to put this goal together.

It is very small for the price. I wish I had known it was not standard size. A standard size basketball will not fit through the net.
