Lifetime 44-Inch Shatterproof Portable Basketball Hoop with Action Grip Adjustment & Slam-It Rim - Model 71546-Outdoor Play

I had my portable basketball hoop 54 inch for about 2yrs now, everything was working fine until yesterday when I saw a couple broken plastic washers on the floor, I figured it was the the spacers that keeps the braces together. I sent an email last night about this issue and got a response at around 10 am the next day from Brenna of customer service that they have already shipped the parts I needed under warranty. I have several lifetime products 3 basketball hoops, one is like around 15 yrs old. 2 outdoor storage sheds. Will keep on patronizing LIfetime due to good quality of their products and amazing customer support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were simple and this thing is a tank if you actually fill it with the recommended amount of sand plus some extra bags on top. While instructions are simple it still will take a few hours because it's so solid.

They have a video that walks you thru the whole process. Great price. Cant wait to use it.

Bought the basketball goal for my grandson. During assembly I somehow lost the cap to base. Went online to see if I could find replacement part and utilized the live chat feature. Cust svc person told me they would ship one out for free. Wow who does that anymore? Thanks again!

I needed extra parts for the basketball hoop after it fell during a terrible wind storm. They sent them right away. When I realized I was still missing a couple of bolts they also send those with no problem. What great service. I will purchase here again for sure.

Not able to remove screw, so had to cut it off in order to complete the setup. Waiting on this part to arrived, so we can complete the process

The quality of this basketball hoop is excellent. It was not easy to put together. The parts can be labeled better to match the book. Also we had to drill a hole bigger for the bolt to fit. My grandsons coach said I made a great choice. I will be playing basketball as well. Thank you for making us happy.

A screw broke during assembly and now I can't unscrew the other piece so I'm stuck. Was excited to use the hoop. Hopefully customer service can assist me during the week.
