I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I always complain, because the majority of the companies do not have good assembly instructions included, but these were wonderful. I would recommend reading all of them first, though. I didn't do that and I messed up. Not only is the Lifetime product perfect for us, but they, also, have one of the nicest, most helpful customer service departments I've ever dealt with!

My 9 year old son absolutely loves this hoop. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but the only thing that happened was it was delivered to my front yard and my son found it early. It has a huge picture on the side of the box what it was. So there was no hiding it after that due to delivery issues. I also checked that it was a gift while ordering it so that kind of stinks. But he loves it and practices non stop. My son is getting much better and it is great for his size and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this product to other parents looking to buy a hoop. Great price also.

I purchased this hoop for my ten year old nephew. Before buying this model, I spoke with a representative who was informative, friendly and professional, which helped with my decision. The basketball hoop is high quality and well made. It was easy to assemble and the directions are easily understood.

Due to receiving the item as a gift not all parts were contained within the package we received (perhaps they were lost in transit somehow). This was certainly not the fault of lifetime, however the company were still able to provide the missing parts so I can now finish it for my son, and we are all very very happy. Very quick and professional response from lifetime. Would highly recommend for the customer service

As of today my son has not recieved his gift because it is for Christmas. At this point I am very satisfied with the deliver time and the overall look of the product. But please keep in mind we have yet to open it but I have a feeling he will spend endless hours playing with his new basketball goal. Thank you

If you're expecting an in ground, professional basketball hoop, this is not what you're looking for. But if you're looking for an affordable, adjustable basketball hoop for your kids, neighborhood or a bunch of guys playing pickup games on your street, this is a great choice. Backboard is small and gives no deflection, so you feel like a superstar as almost every decent shot drops in. Moves a bit too when you make a shot the higher it goes, but nothing terrible. Was actually quite easy to put together, did it with my 7 year old and then my wife for the heavier portion. Just follow the directions, lay out your pieces and don't guess! Had to undo and redo the final pole attachment because I wasn't paying attention and had the basket facing the wrong side. Anyway, before I even had it put together a group of neighbors and kids were standing around waiting to play and we spent the rest of the afternoon playing basketball and having a blast. Adjusting the height might be harder for someone smaller so get help if you need it, but I had no problem doing it. Oh, also, we filled ours with water instead of sand and it is very sturdy.

this met all my expectations and while on sale it was a deal. i would say tho that it mentions it's a slim design but the footprint is at least as big as a regular hoop. small issue tho. it's sturdy.

The Goal is perfect for my 9 year old. Putting it together was a Nightmare!! A few of the holes did not line up correctly which made it very difficult to piece it together. But we did have all of the pieces and the instructions were relatively easy to understand.

I would not recommend this basketball hoop. When my product arrived we were missing 1/2 the pieces to assemble it. Lifetime was quick to send the missing parts. Once put together my son (14) played on it for less than an hour before the bolts came all the way through the backboard. I called again and they sent me another backboard. I am only giving this hoop a 2/5 star rating because Lifetime tried to make it right. But overall quality and value are very poor!
