Lifetime 44-Inch Steamline Portable Basketball Hoop with Telescoping Adjustment & Steamline Rim - Model 1268-Outdoor Play

I bought this last week. We got to the point where you hit the poles together to seal them. Well our mistake we didn't make sure everything was assembled correctly. I contacted Lifetime for replacement poles. They were so nice and sent them right away!

I have a problem assembling my basketball hoop because I did not read the directions . I assembled two pipes incorrectly and could not get them apart , my seven-year-old grandson was disappointed . I thought I really messed it up. I called the company and spoke to a wonderful customer service lady . She said no problem just take the pipe and drop it on a blanket and it should pop apart . Wow problem solved thank you very much customer service .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for my 13 year old grandson and he loves it! I managed to damage the knob that lets you adjust the height of the goal. (my own doing). I called their customer service and spoke to Heidi who took my information and sent out a replacement free of charge which I received by Priority Mail 4 days later. Could not be more pleased. Thank you Heidi!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions booklet was a little hard to follow as there are only pictures. But the company's website has videos to watch and help with putting stuff together. I also had the pleasure of dealing with this company directly and the customer service is above excellent. I will now look for and keep buying their products.

My son loves the basketball gaol. It's sturdy and portable and didn't take long to put together. However it took forever to actually get it together. When we received the box it was missing the screws to put it together so we had to wait another week for them to send another one and then it was missing the wheels....thank goodness I hadn't sent the first one back yet so out of two boxes we were to have enough parts to put it together. My son saved his allowance to buy it and it was hard for him to be patient waiting another week because of missing parts! Would have been a five otherwise!

The assembly on this item was horrible, you need two, if not three people to assemble and the very last bolt is not long enough. Poorly designed. I feel like the base isn't large enough to keep it from tipping so we've also put sandbags on top of the base. Backboard is plastic as well. Servers it's purpose for an occasional backyard toy. I would not recommend.

Box was open missing instructions in English and many parts. Getting ahold of anyone at Lifetime is a nightmare and was put on a 280 minute hold for a customer service representative from Walmart. Going on a week since delivery and still cant get it put up. I'd send it back if I had a box to put it in. I'd give zero stars if possible.

I was missing a Piece so couldn't set it up!!!

I bought this goal to replace an old one I bought years ago. There were no bolts or backboard support brackets with the goal. Since I had an old goal, I used the bolts/pole from that goal to put this one together.

Missing partsI can't get rid of you about the basketball hoop because to date we have not been able to use it. The original shipping was missing three parts. We receive those parts and then when we started putting it together we're missing two more parts. I guess I'll have to wait 7 to 10 days to get those. Then I can let you know if I like the hoop or not.
