Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hoop in October 2025 and I finally put it up April 2026. It was well worth the wait my Family loves it! Easy to build, durable functional and best of all it looks pro type! Buying this product from Lifetime make me want to try their other products! Thanks lifetime!

Great system with excellent customer support and warranty!
Works great! Easy setup with great instructions, real quite back board, no rattles and feels real sturdy on miss shots. Had an minor issue and contacted customer support and without hesitation, looked after my inquiry. Thanks Lifetime!

Nice basketball hoop. The QR scan codes are very helpful. You need two people to install. Looks very nice once completed

I've only had it for 1 day. Assembly took about 2-3hrs. Some annoying stuff but that was likely a user issue. Works well.

Nice goal
Nice goal. Assembly took quite a while and had a couple of bolts missing. Wish the hardware was packaged better by assembly area. Seems that would make assemble much easier.

Backboard is warped and it’s not even 3 months old. Poor quality!

Broken bolt - not possible to assemble
While assembling the basketball system, in step 2.4, the DSA bolt broke, leaving part of it inside the BTS barrel nut. I was tightening it by hand and it broke, now making it impossible to properly assemble. Could you please send me one DSA bolt and a BTS barrel nut so I can complete the installation and replace the defective piece?

LOST TRUST
The competion online marketing is great,I did not get everything I order,but already payed,,I was grateful to try WALMART,,but disappointed,no customer follow up and no respond when I told them,,now the survey,,,and now I will NOT use WALMART online again,,please refund me back,,
