Easy to build, durable functional and best of all it looks pro type! Buying this product from Lifetime make me want to try their other products! Thanks lifetime!

Kids love it! Definitely need 2 people to put together and you have to pay attention to the holes to line up correctly. But once done - it’s great!

We got it as a gift during g Christmas and we just started to put it together and we had 2 of the same parts so called and it took few min to get it all fixed and a new part on its way to us with out a charge Awesome customer service Tressa was great!!!

I called about missing parts from a portable basketball system that my mother had bought for my kids back in December for Christmas. We were not able to return it when we realized that parts were missing because my mother was ill with Covid for months and didn't know where her receipt was. After talking to Conner, he was able to order our missing parts so that my kids could enjoy the gift from mom. Conner was very polite, informative and willing to help, GREAT customer service!! Nice goal. Assembly took quite a while and had a couple of bolts missing. Wish the hardware was packaged better by assembly area. Seems that would make assemble much easier.

So far, so good. Assembly directions are hard to follow. Be prepared for it to take all afternoon to put together!

Solid basket hoop for the price but it’s a pain to put together. The holes do not align due to excess coating. Took us 5 hours to put together.

The competion online marketing is great,I did not get everything I order,but already payed,,I was grateful to try WALMART,,but disappointed,no customer follow up and no respond when I told them,,now the survey,,,and now I will NOT use WALMART online again,,please refund me back,,
