Nice basketball hoop. The QR scan codes are very helpful. You need two people to install. Looks very nice once completed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good hoop for the price, and assembly was not too difficult although I would say it's much easier with two people for some parts. Also it helps to have a full ratchet set because hand wrenches won't cut it when you are trying to tighten a lot of the bolts and nuts. Really interested to see how well it holds up in the Florida weather.

I've only had it for 1 day. Assembly took about 2-3hrs. Some annoying stuff but that was likely a user issue. Works well.

Nice goal. Assembly took quite a while and had a couple of bolts missing. Wish the hardware was packaged better by assembly area. Seems that would make assemble much easier.

Backboard is warped and it’s not even 3 months old. Poor quality!

While assembling the basketball system, in step 2.4, the DSA bolt broke, leaving part of it inside the BTS barrel nut. I was tightening it by hand and it broke, now making it impossible to properly assemble. Could you please send me one DSA bolt and a BTS barrel nut so I can complete the installation and replace the defective piece?

The competion online marketing is great,I did not get everything I order,but already payed,,I was grateful to try WALMART,,but disappointed,no customer follow up and no respond when I told them,,now the survey,,,and now I will NOT use WALMART online again,,please refund me back,,
