We purchased this basketball hoop for our kids and assembly was simple, thanks to the great instructions the hoop came with. Kids love it and play with it regularly. However, during a recent windstorm, we lost one of the plugs on the base that keeps the water inside. I called customer service to purchase a replacement plug and the representative offered to ship me two plugs absolutely free! I was amazed at their level of service. Needless to say, Lifetime has earned my business for a lifetime.

I had an unforeseen issue with this item and I've tested the post-selling department. Believe me - incredible ... I'm relly relly surprised, here in Italy it would be impossible to obtain an assistance like this one. Thank you very much, for me, from now there is only one brand for my basketball days - Lifetime! Great company!!!

I dealt with a rep, Sarah. She was amazing, understood my concern, was very efficient and went above and beyond. She is a great example of how customer service should be and the Lifetime company is lucky to have her as an employee. Some years ago we bought a Lifetime basket, and our children have been using it vey much since. In a recent storm, the base was damaged. I informed Lifetime, asking whether they could ship a replacement base. And they did, at no costs, as a courtesy. I am very grateful for this excellent service!

my twin grandsons love and really look forward to coming over and shooting hoops with their "pappa". We really love the adjustable height feature because it makes it easier for them to make baskets (they are 5). They were really disappointed when it was damaged.

In moving from Nashville, TN to Columbus, OH we misplaced some of the parts to the support post of our Lifetime Adjustable Portable Basketball Hoop. Shannon was most helpful in identifying what pieces we were missing and helped us order so we could put back together our beloved backboard and hoop assembly to enjoy it once again!

For Christmas, 2021 I purchased this set for a very tall 16 year old who wanted to dunk. We placed sand in the base as recommended for stability. The base was difficult to move once sand was placed in it. It was just too heavy and 6 months later, the base would no longer roll and became stuck on my street. I called customer service and the unit was still under warranty and they are sending the replacement parts. I am SO happy! I am not sure what we will fill the base with this time, but it will be awesome to have a fully functional unit again. The Hoop and system are amazing!

This basketball goal appears to be well made and was assembled according to all instructions. I am disappointed that the backboard shakes when shooting, even when shooting from short distance. Not what I expected for this price and made in USA. All bolts were properly torqued. I would not recommend purchase!

The directions and pictures are horrible, I thought about dumping all in the trash place in town but it was closed at the time I wanted to load it in the truck. There were a couple small pieces missing and the lady that helped me was super nice and helpful
