This is our second Lifetime Basketball Hoop. The first one lasted about 15 years and so we decided to purchase another one. It, like the first, seems built to last.

The powerlift system is amazing. My kids can raise and lower the hoop with ease. No poles needed, no super-human upper body strength required to change the height.

Great hoop for the price! This is our second time buying this hoop. We had the exact same one at our old house. It was still going strong after 10 years. Needed a new hoop when we moved so we purchased the same one again.

I purchased this hoop two years ago. My family loves to play dunk ball. We have played thousands of games on our hoop over the past two years and this hoop has been incredible. It's sturdy, can take a lot of dunking, hanging, swinging, etc (and I weigh 215 pounds) without any bending of the rim. It looks as good and works as good as the day we purchased it. The other feature I have really appreciated it the ease in which you can lower and raise the hoop. My young children can adjust the height without any problem. I strongly recommend this hoop!

The basketball hoop is great quality and easy to assemble, with some assistance. The instructions were easy to follow. I used every bit of recommended concrete...and then some. That said, the back of the hoop started rusting within 1-week after installation (when looking from the back, it is the lower left hand 90-degree black corner). Typically a little rust wouldn't bother me, but in this case every time it rains the rust colored rain drips all over my freshly poured concrete patio. Not happy! Not sure if anyone else has this issue or if I'm the only "lucky" one. If it wasn't for the rust I would have given the review 5 stars.

I purchased this product on 4/22/24, but was not able to put it up until 5/7/25. This is actually my second one of these units, as the first one was damaged by a falling tree. A couple of parts on this second unit do not seem to be as good of quality as the first unit I purchase, particularly the plastic backboard guards that mount along the bottom of the backboard. Also, two of the screws that mount the corner guards are not quite long enough to go through both the corner guard and the bottom guard, and have the threads reach the steal frame. They are just a bit short. Your videos show a sticker that mounts to the cylinder that shows the height the basket is at, but there was no sticker included with my parts. Overall this seems to be a good unit, and will be great fun for my grandchildren.

Completed installation 3 days ago and having a ton of fun shooting hoops in the driveway. Installation went exactly as described in the manual, and all parts appear to be of high quality. My box arrived damaged so I contacted customer service. They were responsive, and offered to help if anything was found to be missing or damaged (nothing was). I would have given 5 stars but I want to see how it holds up before doing so. 5 Stars so far...
