Lifetime 52-Inch Shatterproof Portable Basketball Hoop with Action Grip Adjustment & Slam-It Rim - Model 90176-Outdoor Play

I had my portable basketball hoop 54 inch for about 2yrs now, everything was working fine until yesterday when I saw a couple broken plastic washers on the floor, I figured it was the the spacers that keeps the braces together. I sent an email last night about this issue and got a response at around 10 am the next day from Brenna of customer service that they have already shipped the parts I needed under warranty. I have several lifetime products 3 basketball hoops, one is like around 15 yrs old. 2 outdoor storage sheds. Will keep on patronizing LIfetime due to good quality of their products and amazing customer support.

Fairly easy assembly and great instructions. My 12 year old did most of it, and i was able to supervise and offer minimal help. My first Lifetime hopp lasted 13 years with toms of use. Excited to have this new!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were simple and this thing is a tank if you actually fill it with the recommended amount of sand plus some extra bags on top. While instructions are simple it still will take a few hours because it's so solid.

Bought this a few weeks ago grandkids love it, and so do all the neighbors. The benefit of adjustment makes it great for everyone from the five year old just starting out to the teenager that's six foot tall. Great customer service department as well. Made ordering a replacement part a breeze. Had to replace an item I damaged. No fault of the product itself.

Impossible to put together

A screw broke during assembly and now I can't unscrew the other piece so I'm stuck. Was excited to use the hoop. Hopefully customer service can assist me during the week.
