Overall the basketball hoop is very nice. It is well constructed and made of good quality materials. The adjustable height works very well. It can be adjusted by a 12 year old with ease, maybe a strong 10-year-old. The only complaint (not worth taking off a star) is that there were two hiccups in the instructions. First, a page was missing in the steps. It was only by watching the associated video (which are good), did I realize what the missing step was. The other issue I had was the rod used to push the pin for the hydrualic piston would not fit as I followed the directions, I didnt want to force it, so I called support, it seems this is a common enough issue that the nice lady mentioned loosening a few pieces to get it to fit, and also offered a replacement part that might help. In the end, loosening a few bolts did the job, so the part was not necessary, but it was nice she offered multiple solutions.

When we were all moved in and I went to go play for the first time, I noticed that the height handle was damaged. I found the warranty and manual information left from the previous owners and contacted customer service. Even though the warranty was expired, they were still willing to work with me and ended up sending all of the necessary replacement parts free of charge. Very nice to see from a customer service stand point.

I broke a carriage bolt when tightening too hard. I found the parts I needed in the manual and called customer service. I left a call back number, 15 minutes later, I received a call. I asked for the replacement parts and they shipped them to me FREE!! I offered to pay,but she said no problem. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes. So nice. So helpful.

We bought this a few weeks ago for our 10 year old and are very happy with it! It was a 2 person job to assemble and took 4 people to set the hoop on the base pole that was cemented in. But after many hours of assembly, we are enjoying this and I believe will for many years to come!

Nice in ground basketball goal. Instructions were missing a step where you attach the upper support arms to the backboard, but I managed to figure it out after a couple of trial and errors. I followed the instructions 100% measuring everything accurately and the rim is 3/4” too high at 10 feet. I also ended up using almost 1,000 lbs of concrete (vs the 640 lbs required per instructions) and I made the hole exactly as described. If I had to do it over I would leave the self tapping screws to the end so final height adjustment could be made easier. It is very easy to adjust the goal to the other heights once installed, looks great, and seems very sturdy! Despite my installation challenges, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an in ground goal!

Solid build. Instruction manual was missing 2 steps, fortunately I watched the video instructions as well so I caught it.

The instructions are missing steps 4.7 & 4.8. It makes the install process confusing. Had to look up the missing steps via the video resource.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the hoop is a good value. The parts need to be more organized. Seems like you have to search through all the bags to get what you need. It should be one part bag for each stage that you do. I had the wrong parts on three different items.
