Lifetime 7.5ft-10ft Adjustable Height 44" Impact Outdoor Portable Basketball System (90926)

I have a problem assembling my basketball hoop because I did not read the directions . I assembled two pipes incorrectly and could not get them apart , my seven-year-old grandson was disappointed . I thought I really messed it up. I called the company and spoke to a wonderful customer service lady . She said no problem just take the pipe and drop it on a blanket and it should pop apart . Wow problem solved thank you very much customer service .

I ordered a Lifetime portable basketball hoop from a retailer. It came early but when I opened the box I was missing all the hardware, supporting bars and pole. The retailer took forever to finally tell me to go to the manufacturer. I was so glad I did! I did have long wait times with all that is going on but both times I spoke with someone, one because I wasn't clear what all was missing, the service was outstanding! The second time I called they took the time to make sure they were sending all I need and replaced everything free of charge. Great Job and I will make a point to not only buy this brand in the future but recommend it to those I know.!!!! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter purchased a Lifetime Basketball goal for my grandsons. In their hurry to put it together several mistakes were made. As a result, we need to replace the hardware and pole assembly. When I called Lifetime to order what we needed. A very nice customer service agent asked for the model and ID numbers for the goal that was purchased. Then to my surprise she said they would send us what we needed free of charge. I couldn't believe it. I was prepared to pay what they said or get a new goal. I have never experienced such great service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son-in-law, who can't drive in a nail, tried to put together the basketball stand for my disabled grandson, somehow, I'll never understand, he took a small sledge hammer and pounded one pole into the other, for real, so off to pop-pop to fix it, even I cant fix his mess, so I call you for help to buy replacement parts, what a wonderful surprise, new parts on the way, to "My Home " lol, FREE, Thank you ever so much, you made a grandchild and his Mother Very, Very, Happy, as always "pop-pop fixes everything.

I bought this last week. We got to the point where you hit the poles together to seal them. Well our mistake we didn't make sure everything was assembled correctly. I contacted Lifetime for replacement poles. They were so nice and sent them right away!

I had received a basketball hoop as a gift but it came open and most parts were missing. I reached out to Lifetime to see if I could get the missing parts, and they were very accommodating. VERY. My cs rep was Kyle - thank you so much! Definitely recommend Lifetime, beyond excitement customer service.

I am now calling for a second time regarding two more pieces missing from the SAME product. Thanks for the free basketball but waiting almost an entire month to put something together because the package is missing pieces is RIDICULOUS! I've now started the assembly to this product twice with my children excitedly waiting to again be disappointed! I will never purchase another product from Lifetime!
