Lifetime 7.5ft-10ft Adjustable Height 46" Shatterproof Outdoor Portable Basketball System (90782)

I bought this almost 4 years back and still going strong. I had missed the baseboard caps to avoid water being evaporated and sent an email to lifetime with pics and they shipped the parts fast as these are not available in market.

I called and left my number and message about my challenge. Heidi called back with a articulate, comforting knowledgeable voice. Heidi ask questions in a way that was easy to answer and got my challenge squared away promptly. Thanks for a good product and great people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement to another lifetime goal we had for 15 years. So far so good. Setup was almost super easy and goal seems nice so far. It's a little load on the backboard when shooting. The sound when the ball hits is a bit loader than the last lifetime goal we had but it's works good so far.

Perfect for the driveway, easily movable to any section of the yard Son loves it and we are enjoying it with him

Looks very good. Terrible written instructions. It is helpful that by reading QR code the video pops up with very clear instructions.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Easy to put together. But after putting product together and shooting some hoops, we realized the the backboard it very loud. It sounds and feels very flimsy. Backboard also has a curve to it.

- Parts appear to be well made - Instructions were confusing and in some cases, showed incorrect images contrary to what was written - Hitting the backboard hard makes a loud banging sound - When set at the highest height, sometimes the backboard would drop one or two rungs if a ball bournces hard off the front of the hoop; but easy enough to push back up - Overall, satisfied so far with the price and Walmart's delivery service

We just bought this for our grandkids, assembled it and added water. That’s when we found the crack in the plastic weld off the base. So now I’m looking at having to add water every so often so the grandkids can use it without it falling over. I’d share the image of the leak but that link isn’t working

Purchased product 2 days ago and assembled Christmas morning. Filling up base with water and leak in front of base as well as larger Crack where ball rests on base. Child very disappointed which makes father extremely disappointed.

Bought it to bring home and be able to assemble and then play basketball with my son. Only to open the box start assembling and the backboard was completely separated from the frame.
