Easy to build, durable functional and best of all it looks pro type! Buying this product from Lifetime make me want to try their other products! Thanks lifetime!

We got it as a gift during g Christmas and we just started to put it together and we had 2 of the same parts so called and it took few min to get it all fixed and a new part on its way to us with out a charge Awesome customer service Tressa was great!!!

I bought this goal for my son's birthday. We made it to the last two pages in assembly and noticed that we were missing two pieces. I emailed the company and received a response shortly there after my rep needed one more piece of information from me then they shipped the parts that I needed. Thank you

I really did not expect the level of support I received from Lifetime. In this day and age, it unfortunately feels the customer is on his own if something goes wrong after the sale. This is definitely not the case with Lifetime! I got an immediate response and am 100% satisfied with the results. Thank you!!

It took two women about twelve hours to complete. We took our time. Made a few mistakes and had to redo stuff, but all in all we are very proud of what we accomplished. All parts were there. The parts bags were labeled correctly. Easy to follow. We just lacked a little strength.

I got this used basketball hoop for my 8-year old daughter and our whole family enjoys it. It was easy to move around and appears to be durable. We like adjusting the height for our kid and her friends to practice. The base is solid when you put water in it. Be careful when there isn't water or some weight on the base as the pole and hoop will tip. It helps to have two people set it up or position it. Customer service was great. I was missing one plug drain and looked all over the Internet to buy one. No luck. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and helped me get one. Overall, my daughter and all her friends love shooting around. I never heard of Lifetime products before but I was impressed with their quality and customer service

I purchased a lifetime basketball system from a wholesale company. It was missing two (2) parts. I called up lifetime customer service that was provided and they quickly asked for the model and placed the order to ship what I needed free of charge. Friendly and courteous. I'm just waiting til it gets here so we can enjoy an awesome product.

Recently bought the 50" portable adjustable basketball hoop system - excellent. Unfortunately the backboard was separated from the frame on delivery. Laryn understood the issue, and processed a replacement quickly with friendly service. Many thanks!

I almost put my son's basketball hoop together a few years ago and then got busy and never finished it and I lost 4 parts. They were so helpful in helping me find these parts and figure out which parts I needed because i did not know because I lost them and the instruction manual too. And they were very friendly and made it as easy as possible. The world still has many good helpful people in it!
