I work at a youth and community association and we have a couple of these hoops. Over the years we lost some of the parts for these, meaning we could no longer use them. I contacted the company and requested replacement parts for this. They responded quickly and sent the parts out right away with no charge. Really pleased with the service

A little work to setup but great value and definitely is used all the time. My son plays on this daily and it's done great outside. Lifetime also has great customer service if there are any issues. The height adjusts easily. The base we filled with sand and it doesn't move. It's portable as in you can move it slightly or tip it but it's not designed to be rolled away every use.

We bought this a few months ago and am quite pleased with the quality. Filled with only water but it is very sturdy even in strong wind. While on vacation someone drive into the support bar; I called customer service to order a replacement and Vanessa was so polite, then sent me a replacement free of charge right away. Love this company!

Product was out of stock for a while but didn’t take too long to ship. Directions are some what confusing and the screws were in different bags and mixed up. The video on YouTube was extremely helpful. Once everything was assembled goal sits up fine. No issues so far!

I got this for the kids for Easter, great product. Definitely took 2 people to assemble, and about 3 hours, but instructions were easy to follow. I was missing one of the plugs for the base, called customer service, and they shipped it right away. Great product and experience overall.

This product has been a lifesaver over the last few months. My family and I have enjoyed the time we've been able to spend shooting hoops together and other neighborhood families have been using it too. When I needed a replacement part, the customer service team was incredibly accommodating in sending me out a part immediately even though I was more than prepared to have to pay for the part. Great hoop once it is assembled. However it took nearly 6 hours to assemble by my engineer savvy husband. Directions stated "you may possibly find X piece in bag # 457". We also had to use an electric drill to drill through plastic on top of thick metal without any prefixed holes in place. We broke one of our drill bits. We also had to file to enlarge the coatings in the holes b/c screws would not fit. 45 pg manual. We do like the hoop but a challenge to build.

Great product that was adjustable and portable. When I wanted to install the hoop in the ground the customer service department offered exceptional service. Randy answered all my questions and followed up with emails and directions. I would highly recommend Lifetime and any products they sell.

I bought this basketball hoop a few years ago. Love the hoop, but had problems when ordering parts. It took 3 tries to get the parts shipped to me. The staff was very nice, but problems in processing the order delayed the actual shipment of the parts 3 weeks.
