We bought this hoop last summer and couldn't be happier with it. A year later we had some questions regarding the product and called Lifetime directly, their customer service representative was awesome - so helpful! We definitely recommend this product.

Product was out of stock for a while but didn’t take too long to ship. Directions are some what confusing and the screws were in different bags and mixed up. The video on YouTube was extremely helpful. Once everything was assembled goal sits up fine. No issues so far!

We bought this a few months ago and am quite pleased with the quality. Filled with only water but it is very sturdy even in strong wind. While on vacation someone drive into the support bar; I called customer service to order a replacement and Vanessa was so polite, then sent me a replacement free of charge right away. Love this company!

A little work to setup but great value and definitely is used all the time. My son plays on this daily and it's done great outside. Lifetime also has great customer service if there are any issues. The height adjusts easily. The base we filled with sand and it doesn't move. It's portable as in you can move it slightly or tip it but it's not designed to be rolled away every use.

I got this for the kids for Easter, great product. Definitely took 2 people to assemble, and about 3 hours, but instructions were easy to follow. I was missing one of the plugs for the base, called customer service, and they shipped it right away. Great product and experience overall.

We have had this basketball hoop for several years and it is still in good shape. Being able to change the height is definitely an advantage. The option of filling the base with either water or sand to support the basketball hoop is also another added feature. We have moved and it is still in good condition going through PA winters.

Goal has held up great over 3 years. Wind finaly blew it over even with the base filled with 200 lbs of gel. bent the two back support arms. I called and after waiting for 10 minutes I hung up and sent an email requesting to order replacement parts since there was no way to buy them online. 4 weeks later and never got a response. Decided to give one more shot at calling, held for prob 15 minutes but was given the option to receive a call back so I entered my info and hoped for the best. 10 min later they actually called, although the wind blew it over they offered to send me the new parts for free along with the hardware just in case. All I had to pay was shipping and 5 min later the order was in. I'm giving them a little slack due to Corona as well as the fact that once I got ahold of them the service was great. If I buy another goal I will buy a Lifetime

Great hoop once it is assembled. However it took nearly 6 hours to assemble by my engineer savvy husband. Directions stated "you may possibly find X piece in bag # 457". We also had to use an electric drill to drill through plastic on top of thick metal without any prefixed holes in place. We broke one of our drill bits. We also had to file to enlarge the coatings in the holes b/c screws would not fit. 45 pg manual. We do like the hoop but a challenge to build.

For the price, it is decent. However, since they recommend filling with sand, they need to rethink how the sand is loaded. Also, when assembling, use ratchets. The way they recommend is not realistic unless you have three people helping to fill. Also, if you don’t see yourself moving upward of 450 lbs, just consider system designed to be cemented. But for the price it gets the job done. I would not fill with water. My base came with a pinhole in the center on the bottom and top of the base, so water would surely leak.

The directions and pictures are horrible, I thought about dumping all in the trash place in town but it was closed at the time I wanted to load it in the truck. There were a couple small pieces missing and the lady that helped me was super nice and helpful
