Lifetime 7.5ft-10ft Adjustable Height 52" Shatterproof Outdoor Portable Basketball System (90228)

We bought this hoop as a gift for our son who is 7 and he loves it. He has played on it almost everyday since we got it. It was fairly easy to put together. We love that he is able to adjust the height of the rim on his own, there is just a small lever you squeeze and lift or lower. We had one minor problem with the rim being bent but one message to customer service with photos and they made it right.

Upon assembly of the basketball hoop, I failed to put the 3 pieces of the pole together properly. In my attempt to get the pieces apart, I ended up damaging them. After reaching out to lifetime customer service to purchase replacement parts, Randy responded and told me accidents happen and they would send me the replacement parts free of charge. I couldn't be happier to support this company and highly recommend buying from them if you're looking for a quality hoop.

Baught our hoop last year and the kids have not stopped playing with it since. Even the adults pick up the ball and can enjoy an outlet in the evenings. Also* ...Recently experienced someone running into one of the support poles, damaging it, and leaving the hoop leaning to the side. I contacted lifetime and they were very quick to help me get the part I needed to fix the hoop and continue using it. WONDERFUL customer service, and genuine care for my happiness.

Looking forward to giving this to my granddaughters so they can have some physical activity during these "Stay at home, stay safe" days where almost everyone is home schooling. There was a mix up in the parts, but Lifetime is quickly remedying the situation and sending the correct parts for this model. Fantastic customer service.

We purchased this as a family gift. Assembly has been relatively easy. We were missing a part and Sarah from customer service responded quickly and issued us a replacement.

I purchased this product 3 years ago, and it has performed very well. Recently we moved across the country and one of the parts was lost in the move. I called customer service and within 5 minutes we had identified the product, the missing part, and the replacement part was being shipped to my house free of charge. Wow! And Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this goal last Friday for our grandchildren coming over the holidays and spent most of Saturday putting it together and filling with sand. The overall assembly took longer than I expected and much of that was due to the sand filling hole being so small. Would highly recommend this sand filling hole be at least 3 inches in diameter and more accessible when the base is tilted up and the post with goal facing down. I am also somewhat concerned about the longevity of the post and hardware (bolts, nuts, etc) due to our proximity to the seacoast. steel parts in this area tend to only last three or four years if not treated or substituted with nonferrous materials (e.g. 314 stainless). Do you have a hardware kit that would last longer in a seacoast application?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pole top cap on the hoop was knocked off and lost after initial use. Customer service was outstanding and shipped us a replacement quickly. Overall, other than the this issue, the hoop is great and the kids love it.

5 HOURS TO ASSEMBLE. To the person that wrote the instructions, I hope your parents are disappointed in you. I would not recommend this to a friend, but I would 100% recommend it to an enemy. Would've given 5 stars but the assembly and instructions are that bad.
