Bought this basketball hoop for my grandkids They will always have it at my house when they visit me ❤️Of course their parents can play too 😎Easy to put up and will grow with my grandkids with the adjustments it can with nicely constructed too 👍🏻

Love it. It was easy to assemble and my 5 year old grandson loves it. All of the parts were in the box, no problems.

We love our basketball hoop, it took me approximately 2 hrs to assemble and it feels very sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids Love being able to play basketball outside. The portable/adjustable height basketball net was perfect for my kids aged 6-10. Sadly, we were having some lawn work done and one of the back hoes ran over the base of our new basketball net, crushing one corner. I emailed the company to ask if I could order a new base. They responded quickly (within an hour) asking what model I had and within 24 hrs they had replied and put in an order for a new base—FREE of charge!! I'm so impressed by the quality of the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a basketball net!

Kids love it in a small area

In this day and age, it unfortunately feels the customer is on his own if something goes wrong after the sale. This is definitely not the case with Lifetime! I got an immediate response and am 100% satisfied with the results. Thank you!!

The directions leave a lot to be desired. None of the parts are labeled and some of the instructions are confusing. They could do a much better job with this. You need someone with a lot of strength to attach the spring. Once together it is quite sturdy.

I am registering a warranty after following a QR code and now I'm filling in a review. Why? Not sure. What's this review field doing in the warranty registration? Questions questions questions. But not a great review.

Wish I could leave a review but was not able to finish assembling it because I'm missing 2 pieces to finish the assembly of the handle

when i purchased this from walmart and called to get missing parts i was told were in stock waited a week and still havent shipped.. called two days later for more missing parts shipped next day still a week out and dont have all my parts waited 30 minutes on hold to be told would still be another 1-3 days before shipped and another 3-5 days to receive
