Replacement of damaged item
Hubby uses this chair to play his guitar...and he was so happy to get it replaced after it broke. (We only needed 1 not a set of 4). Our claim was handled and processed very smoothly. Thank you!

Truly Lifetime
I've owned 10 of these for YEARS!!! They are still in amazing shape! Look brand new. Easy to clean and so light. I love them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Good for Gatherings But Not For Everyday Use
I bought 2 pc of this more than a year ago. It was initially used by my small kids in their study room. Eventually, they moved their studies to the dining room. My own chair broke, instead of buying a new one, I chose to use these instead. I am 190lbs. After about 2 months of using for each one, the sides tear along the sides of the metal frame. The chair is sturdy and would last a long time if only the design on these sections are corrected. Same problem happened to both chairs. Below are the pics. The open one is the 2nd chair. The folded one s the 1st.
