After windstorm broke our hoop, replacement was sent promptly and with GREAT courtesy!
Our hoop was knocked over in a recent, bad wind storm. It was only a couple of years old, so I wrote about getting new parts. Kyle KINDLY helped us order TWO new replacement parts AND DID NOT CHARGE us, which was greatly appreciated at this time. THANKS SO MUCH FOR GREAT SERVICE!

Great for all ages
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being that the hoop can go up to 10ft makes it great for kids and adults sure is durable enough and YouTube instruction step-by-step, make it easier to understand installing it. No complaints so far 10 out of 10.

Good product
Put it together myself. 3 1/2 hours. There are a lot of assemblies that could have been put together in the factory to make it easier for the customers. The product performs well and is a savior for quarantine times.

Decent Hoop, but Some Frustrations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hoop itself looks good once set up and feels sturdy during play. However, assembly was extremely difficult—the instructions weren't very clear, and it took much longer than expected to put everything together. Also, the base is leaking slowly, which is frustrating considering it's supposed to be weather-resistant. It works, but I expected a smoother experience for the price. Would recommend only if you're handy and patient.

Quality of product
The backboard is not very sturdy and it does not lock in at 10 ft the maximum height it 9 ft 6 inches.
