Hard to find supplier, but if you can, this stuff is great! Contains everything you need for good nutrition, vitamins, minerals, protein. Been using it for over 30 years, and I'm still alive!

Great product

This product is amazing. I have been using it for about a year %26 I am so much healthier because of it! It has no flavor in my morning smoothie, blends right in %26 is so much better than taking a bunch of pills. It's expensive, but worth it.

Great way to get your vitamins and minerals

I have been using this product for years. Everytime I go off of it, I gain weight and feel sluggish. I use it in a smoothie, but some days when time is short, I just mix it with juice or water and drink it. I always have some at work and use the baby formula containers that have 3 separate compartments to place the measured amount in. I just found the Swanson site and they have the absolute best price on this item.

This product is about as natural as you can find for a powdered multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. The taste is nothing special but that is to be expected when it is not sweetened or flavored. It is low in carbs and can be mixed with what ever beverage you choose. And perfect for people who don't like to swallow pills.

All of the All One vitamins mixes are great (I prefer the Original but have used the Rice Base, obviously, and the Phyto Base). As far as I can tell, they provide what they say--I do know that if I (rarely) miss drinking mine in the morning I get hungry much earlier and there aren't enough calories for that to be the reason; it must be the nutrition. They are also a great value when you can get them for a reasonable price (under $60/2.2# package); the list price is a bit outrageous.

I have been taking the Rice Base and Original All One Vitamins for years. This product disolves easily, tastes great, works perfectly in a smoothy and doesn't leave my stomach upset like some vitamins do. So easy to use!

I really want a powdered vitamin and this product seems to have all the supplements I'm looking for. The taste, however, I just can barely stand. I keep trying to combine it with various things like juice, yogurt and oatmeal but the taste is so unappealing. I'm so disappointed.

I agree with Roger P., who complained that the product doesn't mix well. I'll add that the original is worse than the 2nd formula, since it becomes gummy. The 2nd formula remains in suspension. Brans of all types tend to do that. I don't use a blender, just H20 and I stir the mix with a spoon. Either formula probably makes good mulch or compost. Suggestions: If you can tolerate the sugar, you might enjoy gummies. I've switched to Purity Products's Women's Perfect Multi. I can chew the tablets for easy swallowing.
