Missing piece sent out right away, no issues at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought kayak and found missing drain plug, called and sent out right away. No issues at all. Great customer service. I wish more companies were like this.

Amazing customer service

Great Kayak
I was hesitant to buy this at first since I couldn't find any reviews on it. I was debating between this one and the lancer. I bought it from Walmart in store for $148. It fits in my Ford Edge with the seat down. It's pretty fast and stable. I had the daylite 80, and no matter how hard I'd paddle it wouldn't go faster. I also had the sundolphin Aruba 8 ft, which wasn't as fast and a little more tippy than the Blitz 90. The paddle that comes with it isn't great and had to use another one I have. The only other downside is no dry storage but there's plenty of room inside the cockpit to put stuff. Overall I'm really happy with this purchase!

Quick replacement and kayak
Body kayak 4 years ago had a defect that didn't show until later in life. Made for a great story and a long swim, but they were able to replace this almost immediately. Unfortunately it wasn't fast enough for my vacation but I got it in a fair amount of time. Thank you Heidi!!
